Clara May Engelhard, 82, Pensacola, FL passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in Pensacola, FL. The Ferndale, NY native move to Live Oak, FL in 1972 from Clarksville, GA. She was a transcriber for the Third Judicial Circuit in Lake City, FL where she retired after Twenty-Four years of service. She was a member of Rocky Sink Baptist Church.
Clara is preceded in death by her husband Walt Engelhard, her parents, Mamie Mitchell & Adam Young. Also her brothers & sisters, Harlo Young, Frank Young, Amy King, Lee Young, Lester Young, Isabell Chauncey, Chester Young, her sister-in-law, Beverly Young, her granddaughter, Lindsey young, and her grandson Joe 'Doug' Young.
She is survived by Gloria Young, Live Oak, FL; Betty Young, Live Oak, FL; Shelia & Bobby Gerlach, Live Oak, FL; Linda & Doug Young, Raleigh, NC.
Her children Frank 'Buck' Young and George 'Butch' Young. Her Step-children tom & Sharon Casabora, Ft. Wayne, IN; Deborah Engelhard, Ft. Wayne, IN; Tonya Engelhard, Jacksonville, FL, and Ronald Engelhard, Poughkeepsie, NY., Eleven Grandchildren, Twelve Great-Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 pm Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Daniels Funeral Homes, Live Oak, FL. Service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Rocky Sink Baptist Church with Rev. Pat Chewning officiating the service. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
