Mr. Darrel Bognar, 85, of Live Oak, Florida, died Tuesday at Haven Hospice in
Lake City after a short-term illness.

Mr. Bognar was born in Rock Island, Illinois and moved to Clearwater Florida in the 1950's. He moved to Spokane, Washington for a brief time. His final residence was in Live Oak, Florida where he lived for almost 20 years.

He owned his own gas station in Largo Florida and retired from the Pinellas County School System as a computer operator.

He was the son of the late Clarence Dale Bognar and Nina Mae Lundberg.
Mr. Bognar is survived by: His wife of 65 years: Patsy Anne Bognar of Live Oak, FL. 2 daughters: Daria (husband Charles) Hysell of Live Oak FL. and Wendy (husband Richard) Thomas of St. Augustine FL, 1 son: Farran (wife Lorraine) Bognar of Clearwater FL.
Preceded in death by a son: Robbie Lee (wife Mary) Bognar of St. Cloud FL.
Grandchildren are: Dina Gathers, Charles Hysell lll, Christopher Bognar, Steven Bognar, Jeffrey Bognar, Matthew Thomas and Nicholas Thomas.
