Eric's Story

Eric Lee Lohlein, age 43, of Live Oak, Fla. passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born in West Palm Beach, Fla. moving to Live Oak in 2010 from Utah. He worked as a manager of the Jiffy Store in Mayo. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines and the Florida National Guard. He loved fishing, scuba diving and spending time in the snow.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Ries, Fern Park, Fla.; his grandmother, Betty Sayles, Saranac Lake, NY and his companion, Darlene Chandler, Live Oak.
Memorial services will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, July 23 at the Florida Sheriff's Boys Ranch in Live Oak.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Florida Sheriff's Boys Ranch, P.O. Box 200, Live Oak, Fla. 32064.
