Margaret Myra Kilpatrick, age 92, of Live Oak, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at her home. She was born in Live Oak moving to Bradenton, FL for most of her life before moving back to Live Oak in 2009. She worked as a bookkeeper and was a member of Westwood Baptist Church. Margaret enjoyed doing word search and crossword puzzles, she also wrote poems for her family on special occasions always including her Lord and was a loving and caring, mother, sister and grandmother who loved spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, George Kilpatrick, one daughter, Rebecca McBride, 2 sisters, Iris McQwen and Kathleen Googe, 2 grandsons, Kelly Rowe and Jason Copeland.
She is survived by four daughters, Jan (Larry) Huffstutler, Live Oak; Dianne (David) Boyce, Live Oak; Kathy (Al) Truitt, Palmetto, FL and Cindy (Randy) Copeland, Bradenton, FL; one brother, J.B. (Pauline) Gamble, Live Oak; one sister, Shirley (Bo) Sperring, Live Oak; eleven grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held, 11:00 AM, Monday, December 11, 2017 at Westwood Baptist Church with Dr. Ben Bush officiating.
