Pamela B. Roberts, 49, of Branford, passed away Sunday morning, September 10, 2017 at her residence after a sudden illness. She was born in Lake City on September 21, 1967 to Sarah Jeanette Battersby and the late Edward Battersby. She has lived all of her life in the Branford area and worked for Read's Forklift. In her spare time, she enjoyed going to the beach and seeing the different lighthouses. She loved celebrating holidays with her family; loved to travel and dreamed of seeing Ireland. She was a loving Wife, Daughter, Mama, Yaya, Sister, Aunt and Mother-in-law. She loved any and all kids, especially her grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and all animals, especially her dogs.
She is survived by her loving husband; Wesley Roberts; mother; Sarah Jeanette Battersby; son; Ethan Roberts; daughter; Erin Cannon (Billy); sister; Patti Disken (Eric) and brother; Ricky Hewett (Valerie); grandchildren; Layla Roberts, Hannah Cannon, Briana Cannon and Aiden Cannon; nieces; Cara Disken, Dana Herron (Bubba) and Lauren Goodson (Justin); great-nieces and nephews; Kracie Herron, Tucker Herron, Sydney Herron, Bryson Goodson and Braelyn Goodson. Brother-in-law; William C. "Billy" Roberts and sister-in-law; Becky Roberts also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Roberts will be conducted on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. James Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Suwannee County. The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 10:45 A.M. (45 minutes prior to the services) at the funeral home.
