Phillip W. Whitehead, Jr., 20, of Fort Campbell, Ky passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2019. The Fort Myers, Fl native was a Medic in the 101st Air Borne Division (Army), Fort Campbell, Ky and attended Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, McAlpin, Fl. Phillip's hobbies were: woodworking, video games, football, baseball, fishing and off road mudding. Mr. Whitehead is survived by his parents: Melissa (David) Kallmeyer, Jr, O'brien, Fl and Jesse (Susie) Camacho, O'brien, Fl; Sisters: Heaven Camacho, Shaylee Whitehead, Amber Kallmeyer, Jenna Kallmeyer, Kyla Kallmeyer and Angelica Camacho all of O'brien, Fl; Brothers: Chris Camacho, David Kallmeyer, Jr both of O'brien, Fl and Adam Alford, Live Oak, Fl; Maternal grandparent: Deborah Little, O'brien. Fl; Paternal grandparents: Paula Whitehead, Orlando, Fl and Paul (Sara) Whitehead, Clewiston, Fl; Aunts and Uncles: Tina (Horace) Rocco, John E (Noelia) Little, Patrick (Mandy) Whitehead, Paul (Christine) Whitehead, Chelsa (Mitch) Padelford, Samantha Lovell, Carmen Camacho and Jennifer Lovell; Cousins: Rylee Whitehead, Kirsten Padelford, Candice Province, Christopher Province and Many, many more. He was preceded in death by his father: Phillip W. Whitehead, Sr. Grandfather: John H. Little. Services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Living Springs Family Worship Center with Rev. Bob Richardson and Rev. Charles Istre officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Memorial Cemetery. There will be a visitation held prior to the service at the church from 10:00 am until service time.
