Virginia Sue Thompson
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Virginia Sue Thompson our loving and devoted mother and friend to all whose lives she touched. Virginia was born January 1st 1957 and passed away February 27th 2020 surrounded by her loved ones at Haven Hospice in Lake City Fl. Born in Scottsboro Alabama to Clifford and Lula Mae Thompson her and the family moved to Branford Florida where there she met the late Newton C Sapp (PeeWee) and they had four beautiful children Paulette, Yvonne, Dealya and Ronald. Virginia also has four surviving brothers Tommy, Andy, Rudolf(Rudy) and Paul.
Virginia's joy in life was spending time with her eight grandchildren, to them her name was moma sue. Amanda, Ayden, Alissa, Abigail, Isabella, Mckenzie, Michael and Julee. Virginia also enjoyed spending time with her beloved dogs Lyla, Tinkie, and Zeek. They went everywhere she went if they could.
A very hard worker Virginia spent most of her life working alongside her children and their dad on the farm. There she taught her children how to work hard and play hard. Virginia's motto in life was "Don't worry be Happy". She just went with the flow, trying not to worry about things that she couldn't change and not sweating over the small stuff. She was a fun loving person that could make you smile and laugh on your worst day.
Moma you will forever be in our hearts. We know you are soaring high above looking down upon us all, we will miss you . Services for Virginia will be held at Midway Baptist Church at 11am following the services their will be a luncheon for everyone. All family and friends are welcome to bring side dishes and deserts. Thank you for all your prayers and kind words.
