Carl Leon Henry Miller was born in Winchester, IN. He spent many years in Chicago and Texas. He dabbled in construction, was a restaurant entrepreneur, worked on the railroad, played semi-pro football, raced motocross and found his passion at Macalester College studying theology. He pursued this dream for about ten years.
Moving to Virginia presented other opportunities to embark on his entertainment career as a recording artist. In 1983, he hit the charts with his single "Life of the Party." Being the humble man that he was, he chose his love for his family over the stardom that was at his doorstep. He moved to Florida in the mid-eighties. It was here that he met his future bride and love of his life, Kimberly. It was then that they joined their families together and continued pursuing his entertaining career for the next thirty years.
Mr. Miller is survived by his wife of 25 years, Kimberly D.
