David A. Corbett, 16, of Live Oak, FL passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2016 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on May 5, 2000 in Gainesville, FL to Phillip Corbett and Sabrina (Dial) Johns. He was a student at Suwannee High School. David enjoyed cooking and serving his family and friends, doing country boy things and playing video games. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Emory and Argent Corbett; aunt, Christine Southers and great-grandmother, Mary Francis OKeefe.
Survivors include his father, Phil Corbett (Joanie) of Live Oak, FL; mother, Sabrina Johns (Bill) of Live Oak, FL; sisters, Lydia Corbett, Madeline Johns and Lindsey Johns all of Live Oak, FL; brothers, Junior Brookins and Peyton Corbett both of Live Oak, FL; grandparents, Paul and Gayle Dial of Live Oak, FL; Bill Johns and Dee Lemley of Live Oak, FL; grandmother, Janet Parkhurst of Live Oak, FL; grandparents, Peyton & Connie Burroughs of Live Oak, FL; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family & church family.
A celebration of his life was held Monday, Jan. 2, 2017 at the Melody Christian Center located on Hwy 129 South in Live Oak, FL.
